Account

• Log in at https://startprodigy.app/login.
• Forgot password: tap Forgot password? on the login screen. If you cannot get the reset mail, email us from that address.
• Billing: Settings → Billing opens Stripe. Cancel takes effect at period end.
• Export: Settings → Your Data.
• Delete account: Settings → Your Data. Type DELETE. This is the in-app path Apple requires. It cancels Stripe and removes child data.

The product

• Today is the day's three cards. Week is the curriculum week.
• The child is not the user. Under 18 months, do not sit the baby in front of the screen as the lesson.
• Cards are suggestions you supervise. Water, food, climbing, and small parts need you in the room.

We will not do this

• We will not tell you whether your child is delayed. That is your pediatrician.
• We will not reopen a deleted account. Export first if you want a copy.
• We will not talk to a child as the customer. The parent is the customer.
